March 1 to September 30....$180/night, three night minimum, $1100/week.  
October 1 to February 28...$140/night, three night minimum, $850/week.
$250 deposit due at time of reservation, includes one time $100 cleaning fee and 
$150 damage deposit (refundable 7 days after departure).  

Full payment due one week prior to arrival.

 Must have one adult at least 25 years of age to confirm reservation.
Call for extended stay winter rates.
